The deadline is fast approaching to participate in the largest celebration of dance across the London of Borough of Brent’s Calendar. Brent Dance Month is part of the Big Dance 2010 initiative and is running in its third year. Big Dance 2010 is a week long series of events and activities celebrating all things dance in London during 3rd-11th July. A huge series of dance related events will be taking place at locations across London, and are provisionally planned to end with a dance extravaganza in Trafalgar Square.

So if you are dancing in Brent? Whether you are a dancer, practitioner, dance teacher, performer, choreographer, dance academy, school, youth club, supplementary school, health club, voluntary sector group or based at a community centre and you are holding a dance performance or showcase in July 2010, We want to know!

All ages can join in the fun during Brent Dance Month, with events and workshops taking place throughout the borough. Whether it’s ballroom or ballet, tap dancing or tango, there will be plenty to keep you moving for the month of July.
